We run into a lot of construction companies who track safety training with spreadsheets. They list the courses across the top, the employees down the side, and populate dates to the best of their ability. The process is time consuming and error prone, leading to employees not getting the training they need and to safety managers spending a lot of time on record keeping--and on potential OSHA audits.

Even for classroom training, we think tracking safety training online makes a lot of sense--saving time, money, and potentially lives.
