The client is a nearly forty-year-old roofing company that tackles large commercial, industrial, and multi-family projects using a variety of materials, including single-ply, spray foam, and metal. Based in Phoenix, the client has a national reach.
Business Problem: Client has over 500 employees and is growing fast. They have had trouble getting new employees in the field quickly enough due to significant safety training requirements. And they had a manual process to track recurring safety training. The manual process was tedious and error prone, which made it hard to get the employees the training they need to stay safe. And it made it hard to prove an employee had been properly trained following an accident.
Solution Provided: DHX implemented a learning management system that made it simple to provide training to new employees and automated the process of tracking who needed what training when.
