The platform also includes an integration with Parallel Markets to provide proof of accreditation. It manages regular transactions, such as interest payments and return of capital. And, it has an integrated capital planning module that helps sponsors manage their incoming investments, capital payouts, marketing costs, and working capital.

The platform serves as a marketplace that brings together three constituents: companies looking to raise money through innovative investment opportunities; Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) who are looking for lucrative, dependable ways to invest their clients’ assets; and private investors who are looking to make investments on their own behalf or who are looking for an RIA with whom they can create an ongoing relationship.
