Business Problem: While experiencing significant growth, the client had been managing their lead and sales process on an old, home grown system built using Microsoft Excel. Adding more sales professionals exacerbated the issue in that individual spreadsheets were being used per salesperson and per client making the management of the process nearly impossible. The problem produced a situation whereby the sales process could not be managed, leads were being lost producing lost opportunities and profits.

Solution Provided: DHx Software worked closely with leadership to understand the entire business process from lead generation, lead assignment and tracking through the sales process including proposal creation, electronic signoff for the project, and invoice generation with custom integration into QuickBooks.
